Delivery Fees:
As flowers are sourced daily, orders are required to be placed by 1pm for
next day delivery in the afternoon.
Fresh flowers to be delivered in the morning need to be ordered by 10am the previous day.
If you are urgently requiring same day delivery, please phone to discuss what
other options might be available to you.

Multiple
gift/flower boxes delivered to the same address within these suburbs will only
attract one delivery fee.
Gift boxes/flowers will be left unattended at private residences if deemed safe
by the courier.
An additional delivery charge may be incurred if a re-delivery has to be made
due to insufficient or incorrect address information.
Gifts containing alcohol will only be delivered to persons 18 years and over.

Refunds Policy:
Refunds will not be given for incorrect choice of product.
Should you be dissatisfied with the quality of the products in the gift box,
please contact us to make arrangements for the return of the gift box and a
refund, excluding delivery costs.
The condition of returned goods will be inspected prior to offering a refund.
Refunds will not be given after 24 hours of delivery.
